Bergamo: Orti Nuovi is taking shape!

In the heart of Bergamo, next to Parco Suardi, the revival of one of the city’s most charming locations continues—a place where Gothic-style elements, an 18th-century residence, and new contemporary buildings coexist.

The construction site is progressing:
🎯 The structures of the new building are rising: the basement level and ground floor have been completed!
The two-storey building, overlooking the parterre, will host spacious, bright apartments with private gardens.

🔛 Restoration and rehabilitation of the historic 18th-century wing are underway
🔜 Next step: starting construction of the new underground garage

🌳🌷 12,000 sqm of the Orti di San Tomaso regenerated and donated to the city
