Modena: the regeneration of the former Fonderie Corni area has been inaugurated!

🎓🌳🚲 Where an abandoned industrial site once stood for years, today there is a new place that generates value for the city:
CX Modena | Crocetta – 366 beds for students and young professionals, a public park of over 5,000 sqm equipped for sports and sustainable mobility.

CX Modena | Crocetta is an ecosystem designed for living and learning, managed by CampusX, built according to NZEB standards, LEED Silver certified, and equipped with over 110 bicycle parking spaces and e-bike charging stations.

This project was made possible thanks to the collaboration with CDP Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and Finint Investments.

Institutions were also present, confirming a shared and solid path: Deputy Mayor Francesca Maletti, Councillor Giulio Guerzoni, Commissioner Manuela Manenti, and Prof. Paolo Tartarini (UniMoRe).
