🎯 A journey made of challenges, passion, and dedication that has turned our regeneration of the former Corni Foundries area in Modena - carried out by Morbio Costruzioni S.p.A. - into a tangible reality.
Today, an abandoned area has become a new piece of the urban fabric: student housing, a public park, sports facilities, and slow-mobility pathways.

Every detail reflects the value of teamwork, the expertise, and the determination of those who transformed a vision into reality, turning a neglected site into value for the city.
